Our privately held company was founded in July 2004.
C Change Surgical, LLC operates from a 27,000 square foot FDA
audited GMP facility located in the Piedmont Triad Research
Park in Winston-Salem, NC. We’re focused on developing
and commercializing technologies that improve operating room
staff & procedure efficiency, patient safety and clinical
outcomes in millions of surgical procedures worldwide. We regularly
consult with our nurse and physician advisors regarding our
products and our research and development efforts.
C Change is now developing additional technologies that seamlessly
assist the surgical staff and aid in patient safety. We rely
extensively on our senior nurse and surgeon advisors to guide
us on our research and development efforts and to provide feedback
on the clinical use of our products. Our advisors include experts
in minimally invasive, plastic, vascular, cardiac, thoracic,
general, colorectal, OB-GYN and other surgical specialties.

Patrick Kammer
President & CEO
Mr. Kammer has spent the last 16 years with Fortune 500, private
and start-up
medical device companies in sales & marketing management, clinical education,
product development and operations. His experience includes: co-managing a US
cardiac surgery device sales and service group; conducting national and international
advanced medical device product & procedure training for thousands of surgeons & nurses;
conducting advanced clinical and product training for US and international sales
people; sales & marketing strategy & planning, product development; group
purchasing organization contract negotiation; customer service CQI; logistics
task force management.
Todd Cassidy
Operations & Systems Development
Honors (Phi Kappa Phi) biology graduate from the University
of North Carolina in Wilmington, Mr. Cassidy successfully served
as president and VP Operations during the development and sale
of his last two medical device ventures - Wiltek Medical and
Diatek. He’s currently president and head of operations
for Cathtek. His clinical, operations and regulatory experience
add significant value.
Mark Martel
Product Development, Materials & Manufacturing
Degree from University of Massachusetts - Lowell in Plastics
Engineering, Mr. Martel has worked for the last 17 years in
various engineering positions at Arrow International, Wilson-Cook
Medical, and Diatek Medical and as V.P. - Engineering/Co-founder
for Cathtek. He brings extensive design, prototyping, production
and manufacturing skills to our venture. He is expert in medical
product materials, plastics molding and complex medical manufacturing.
His experience and his national network of medical product
engineers provide significant additional value to C Change
Surgical. Mark holds numerous issued
patents on medical devices and many pending patents. Mark recently
co-founded Springmed LLC, and sits on the Board of Directors
for Optivia Medical.
Robert Kelly
Regulatory Affairs
& Quality Assurance
U. of Virginia engineering degree and MBA from Indiana, Mr.
Kelly has over 20 years of medical device regulatory, engineering
and manufacturing experience. His industry relationships, engineering
skills and regulatory experience add significant value to C
Change. Mr. Kelly has earned RAC Certification by the Regulatory
Affairs Professional Society.
